Hello guys,
Due to COVID I couldn't send to the seller purchased items and have initiated order cancellation.
Total refund to buyer: 2370 usd
Purchase price: 2370
Fee credits: -349.99
Refund amount you owe: 2020.01
I didn't understand about these 'fee credits', should I pay this amount to buyer from myself ?? Or Ebay will return these fees from itself?
Thanks.

By eBay. Think of it this way:
buyer paid 2370
ebay took 350, then gave 2020 to you
now that you need to cancel, eBay is refunding both the funds that you received (by pulling money from your stash) and that eBay received.
there is nothing else to do. Yes, you are going to be out thirty cents, but that is owed to eBay, not to the buyer.

eBay takes care of it. Because you are cancelling the sale, eBay is using the FVF’s PLUS your net proceeds for the refund. You’re likely a bit short - eBay won’t help you with the $0.30 transaction charge. eBay fronts that piece.

Thanks mate,
eBay charged me for 30 cents and I don't care about these amount. Most of all I'm wondering about 349.99. Will this amount be returned by Ebay or by me?
