Trading status errors or competition?

The trading status system in the USA has already made 4 mistakes, the goods were sent on time, delivered ahead of time, the system did not scan the number and lies reducing the status of the seller. I have written support letters more than 10 times, but everything is in place. They write write another letter, then, I will change soon, write later when the status drops critically. Are you kidding me ? What's happening ? Are the support competitors doing this on purpose ? What kind of lawlessness ?

Scans are blocked by ebay programmers, apparently who sell their products. Because everything was tracked normally on other sites, and if hackers from ebay are trying to improve their trading parameters, then it's the fault of ebay. And they are obliged to correct the mistake. Because this is a mistake on the part of the ebay, not the deliverer. And 1 viewing of the message says only that they manage directly to the views, and this is already a crime.

Perhaps you could report that crime to the appropriate authorities. Since this is a peer-to-peer discussion forum, with limited participation by eBay staff, it's most likely not the best format to resolve your concerns.
