I have listed a Clay water bottle few weeks back and last week buyer from USA have purchased it. shipping date for the item is due on 10th September 2021.Unfortunately it was the last one on the stock and during the packing process accidently I slipped the bottle and it got broken. Soon after the incident I have informed my buyer regarding the incident via message and informed I am unable to ship the item and I have to submit refund on the case. I was seeking the buyer's consent regarding this matter because I do not want to tarnish my reputation and trust in the platform and my valuable customer both.
Still I did not receive any reply from the buyer and I have to take required actions about this matter.
Please anyone suggest me what should I do to this matter at the movement because I valued my reputation and my customer both.
Please anyone suggest me what to do?

IMHO you are tarnishing your reputation and trust in the platform by needlessly delaying the buyer's refund. Now. This instant.
You cannot ship the item, so why are you waiting for the buyer's "consent" for a refund if a refund is the only viable option?
Please anyone suggest me what to do?
Cancel the transaction as "out of stock" and give the buyer his refund already. What has happened to plain old common sense?

Cancel using 'item damaged' and refund your buyer now, then pray you don't get a negative

You need to cancel with the reason being breakage or item not available. I must say after looking at your listings you better be an excellent packer or you will be getting plenty of broken item cases for the terra cotta products. Also, it never occurred to me that we could make money on a 14¢ sale.

You can also offer the buyer a replacement product if you have one,
always better to offer an upgraded version if you decide to do this to blunt the buyer's sense of loss

As others have suggested cancel the sale out of stock and move on. I am not sure how you are shipping out of Sri Lanka but given some of the fragile items you are listing I hope you have the ability to put insurance on those fragile items you ship. Fragile shipments do good to survive internal country shipping, international the breakage rate increases.
I was also interested in a couple of your items but will not bid on a private listing. Not sure why you have them setup that way but it may be detrimental to your sales. Read and understand the reasons sellers setup private listings.
