Refund request inquiry

A buyer of mine has opened a refund request that does not match their complaint. Specifically the request has been filed under "item not received" however the message claims it was and has been found to be nonfunctional. How do I open a return request so that I may inspect the item with my supplier?

Well... you can't open a Return request. And you should respond to your buyer's Item Not Received claim with proof of delivery (tracking info) into the case. If it delivered, you'll win that one. Worry about the buyer's Return claim when it's opened. Good luck.
