Dear All,
One of my tracking shows, as product is delivered (through Government postal service). But buyer opened a refund case saying he didn't receive it.
What should I do for next?

You only need to have that delivered scan to win your case and it seems you have it. When you receive notice of the INR case you simply enter the tracking information. That will show eBay that your item was delivered and the case will close in your favor. Make sure to upload the tracking so you can win. Best of luck to you....

Since you can't legally accept payments by Pay Pal, I'm surprised they've let you sell this long.

We've had a surge of questions from SriLankan sellers, all of them new, asking how to get paid since Sri Lanka does not allow the use of Paypal for some reason.
Since you seem to have been selling successfully for some time, could you share with us how you are avoiding this problem. We would be happy to pass the information on to your countrymen.

You need to upload the tracking number to the INR case that the buyer opened.

This is one of the guys that is successful out of Sri Lanka. All they have to have is a legit PayPal account from another country that is tied to the eBay account. Some do this through a relative or friend.
Not rocket science.
