Refund Request In goods.

I sold some digitial service but they asked for refund.Even though that i delivered they opened a case.But he has choosed local pickup,will i be forced an refund or i get to decide.The money on paypal account are currently on hold because of this case.As far as i know ebay and paypal dont cover local pickup.

The id you are posting with is in Albania........assuming that's where the pickup happened, you'd better ask on European boards as EU laws can be different that US.....and so Ebay rules may be different...

This is a different account that i am posting,the account that i am talking about is US based account.And it happened in US.

What kind of case? Item Not Received or Item Not As Described? Was the case opened through eBay or PayPal?

Item not received you should be protected if the only shipping was local pickup. Item not as described you may be out of luck.

You said the buyer chose local pickup? Did you have other shipping methods offered on the listing? Also, what sort of digital service requires local pickup and how did you and the buyer arrange delivery of the goods? Was it actually a pickup or did you e-mail content to the buyer?

Digital items need to be listed in the Classifieds section. Here's the policy:

Was your item in the proper category & did you have the rights to sell it? If not and a case was opened then you should to hope you don't get in trouble for a policy violation.

We don't have all the info here so it's difficult to offer relevant advice based on assumptions.

I had other shipping services but he choosed local pickup.It was an upgrade i did to his account the he has online in his presence.Now he says its not working anymore.Now he asking his money back.I also wrote at the description of the listing that is as classifed ad because I couldn't find that category.Now i want to know if i am forced to give him refund or no.Because it will be a big lose on me.
