Recent eBay Open event swag

I'm in Lubbock, TX & new to community groups. Recently attended eBay Open event online. Thought swag products were a scam till Thursday. Tried without luck to open an account & redeem $50 worth of swag. Account shown $50 available but no products to select or code to enter. Help?

Hmmm.  My selling ID also ended up with a $50 credit toward "swag" from that eBay Open event that happened, actually, one month ago.  
I jumped right in and ordered my stuff the same day I got the message telling me my credit amount.
My stuff took a couple weeks to be delivered.  I made a good estimate at the size of the t-shirt to order, and I am satisfied with it.  

My guess is that you waited too long to try to order, and now all the products have been sold out.  

As for your $50.00 credit -- I don't know.  You might have to forfeit it.

I got a credit and ordered the same day too. Got my items and I like them. Maybe they will add more products in the near future.

Yup, it was for a limited time.  I ordered mine within a few days & there was still pleny left.  The options were limited though, so I got 5 of the same thing.   Figured I could always sell it.   Sorry you missed it.

There was no coupon code. They e-mailed people to register an account with the eBay Open swag store. The links you followed were tied to your account and your swag credit. Once an account was registered, the credit was automatically applied to your purchase at checkout. That way you couldn't give a code to anybody else. The deadline was posted on the swag store and also posted at eBay Open.

Don't know why OP thought it was a scam. There was a post on this forum letting people know what the registration e-mail looked like. Maybe because it was hosted by a 3rd party some sellers dismissed it as spam?

I put my order in the same day I got the email (about a month ago) and still haven’t gotten anything. I know someone else who ordered the same day as me and they got their stuff weeks ago.
