Receiving Feedback from a Sale to initiate the Release of Funds....

Sometimes I use USPS "Stamps" on inexpensive DVD's due to the expense of Tracking labels. I only charge $.99 for the shipping which is less than the cost of 2 stamps, so, I realize I am taking a chance.

Yet, eBay will hold the funds without any feedback from those buyers.  After three (3) emails to those buyers within 1 month period, I still did not receive any response negative or positive from these buyers.

Is there a time limit when eBay will eventually release those funds based on the inept responses of those buyers? Or do I just lose out?

I can't seem to get any answer from the chat people from eBay nor CS...

New seller, 21 days. After that you should start receiving your money as long as no one files a claim.

No tracking they can hold funds how ever long they desire...

Also you will lose a item not received case if filed no matter if they leave feedback..

It also will mess up your seller metrics so you may not be able to increase your limits.

So, your good intentions as a seller are to offer a quality item with a discounted price and not overcharging for postage and buyers still are complicit?  The cruelty of eBay, they take their cut...they don't wait nor are sanctioned for anything for their autocratic demeanor...Makes me ill....As usual and for 20 years, eBay sticks it to us honest sellers

I don't understand the "After three (3) emails to those buyers within 1 month period, I still did not receive any response negative or positive from these buyers."

Funds Availability (ebay.com)

"21 days after the buyer pays, if you don't provide tracking information, mark the item as shipped, or the estimated delivery date can't be calculated. In such cases, we may use buyer feedback as a delivery confirmation along with other factors."

I finally received a definitive answer to my question about when will I receive the fund 'on hold' due to buyers not issuing feedback upon receipt of the items when "Tracking" not used....

It is 21 days....no complaints, etc...the funds will be released.

eBay is legit...it's the time frames that are so long...

To make sure you understand:  The lack of feedback from a buyer isn't what's holding up your funds.

Your new seller status is the culprit here.

Thousands, maybe millions, of buyers do not ever leave FB, but the sellers' funds are still released.

As mentioned in my earlier message, FB is NOT what determines the release of your funds.

Also, I might point out that requesting FB from buyers is not the best business plan.  Most buyers know that FB is not mandatory and some will react rather sharply to your requests.
