Did you mean:

Received an offer, want to accept it but my gut says no.

I have an item listed for $225, and I'm running a storewide sale that drops the price to $176.  I received an offer for $75.  I considered taking it for a few reasons, mostly because of lack of sales.

In the offer, ebay actually mentioned the buyer has been an ebay member for 10 years.  Then I saw that in those 10 years, the buyer has FB of 4, 3 are more than 5 years old, one is more than a year old.

My inner voice is saying hacked account (but why wouldn't they just buy it, why an offer?) , or is it the low FB I'm uncomfortable with, or both?

I'd like some input from you guys.  What would you do?  Thanks!

It's an old frying pan with a rivet missing.  Not sure why it would be worth $75, but maybe some would think it was a deal.

thank you.

I would counter around the 120-135 range and if sold, ship with signature required since buyer has old active history.

IF I listed at $225  (it's not out of line, I've done some research).
On Sale for $176  (not a bad deal at all, since $225 was already in the ballpark).
I get an offer for $75?
I'll send a counter offer for $175 (I don't need that customer)
