Received a "counterfeit" notice but not counterfeit

Received a counterfeit ebay notice on a coach wallet but it is definitely not counterfeit. It put a strike on me and it's just unfounded. How do I state my case. It's not logical that someone can just report as counterfeit at face value?

You may want to take photos of that wallet to the Fashion board, there are several Coach experts in there. Can sometimes help with an appeal.

Did it specifically say it was a VERO takedown?  or was it just a message from eBay?  

If it was the latter, it was likely a bot action triggered by 'words' used.  Unless, MANY people reported your listing, those reports by other members are typically ignored.
