I'm sorry you are having to deal with this. As to the negative feedback, it is unlikely it can be removed as it does not appear to breach any of the Feedback Rules. Unless you have a way to prove Abuse to Ebay. And that is pretty hard to do.

Now the messages are a different thing. Messages sent in Ebay can be reported right on the message that was sent to you. When you are in the message you want to report, there are three dots in a row on the upper right side of the message. Click on that and the Report this message.
Why were they making racist comments? How do they even know what race you are?

Report the buyer and move on. No reason to put any more energy into it.

As of the past few minutes, I'm seeing that the text of the Neg received by the OP has been removed, though the red donut itself remains. Not sure that's really much of an improvement...

I once had a similar abusive feedback removed, using the ebay defamation form. As you say it's not much of an improvement when the red blot remains. In my case the wording made the buyer look bad, while with no text I felt it made me look bad, especially as you can no longer reply to it.

Do some buying to improve your feedback as soon as possible.
Buyers can only get positive feedback, and 91% is terrible.
I notice that the words have been removed, although the neg has not.
Among the many drawbacks of dropshipping, is that you have no control over the quality of the goods you sell, the packaging, the shipping, or even whether the customer will be charged import fees (including tariffs) on arrival.
But you are responsible for the quality, the packaging, the shipping, and making sure the customer understands that the product may be imported from overseas.

Also you need to remove any pictures that show items you are NOT selling.
You cant show a hat in the pictures then say its snot included.

What is a "Ebay defamation form"?

I don't think ebay does that anymore. I can't remember whether I found it or more probably a rep gave me the link to it.
You had to download the form, print it out, fill it in and sign it. Then scan it and send the file to the given web address.
A bit long winded I know but the offending text disappeared in minutes. But as others have said it's not worth the bother when the red blot remains on it's own.
