RTS A Buyer gave wrong address Package in tracking on way back to me

Buyer gave a faulty address. The order was RTS. The buyer contacted me asking me to ship it to a new PO box address. If I cancel the order, can she leave me a negative feedback ?  I don't trust her story, her mom is using the address for 20 years. She doesn't know why my package didn't make it.  It appears she assumes I can change the address on the label and reship it for free as she is from UK. What is better, to cancel the order or partially refund the order?

nevermind, the issue was resolved with a partial refund
