I have successfully delivered all pending orders to the respective customers and have worked diligently to close all disputes that were open at the time of account suspension. The primary goal throughout this process was to ensure the satisfaction of eBay buyers and maintain the platform s high standards of service. Additionally, I have provided the requested documentation to verify my identity and the legitimacy of my seller activities. I have submitted my proof of identity, bank statements, and supplier invoices, which have all been verified and accepted by eBay s verification team. You will need to contact Ebay directly on your serious account issues. We won't be able to help you with them here, SORRY!! I do wish you the best.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

You list a lot of issues here that you have corrected. It should have never gotten that far. I am sure that EBay and your customers are happy that you resolved disputes. One of the issues here is that EBay would prefer that these customer issues never happen in the first place. And that is really the heart of the matter here and one that many posters seem to miss.

International sellers are having some very serious issues with Ebay right now when their accounts get into trouble. Lots of them have posted on the threads. It is far more than is normal. So Ebay is doing some kind of clean up or something. Pretty scary stuff to be sure.

ebay is doing a really big and unfair cleanup right now. Thousands of merchants have their accounts restricted or suspended. This is because of a ridiculous rule and policy regarding INR rates starting in July. They also restricted my 13-year seller account and took my shop away from me. 1) It says on the Ebay site that this will start on July 24, 2023 and will not take into account transactions before July 2, 2023. 2) Also, at least 10 unique INR transactions must be reported before a sanction can be applied. eBay also states this on their site. But they themselves do not follow these rules. They restricted my account as there are only 2 cases of INR in 105 transactions. Moreover, these INR cases have already ended in my favour, and before July 2nd. It belongs to the months of May and June. This is a great injustice.

That last picture is of the US policy. It does not apply to you. The previous pictures shows the new policy that applies to foreign sellers.
Still there is nothing any of us can do to help you. No matter how much info you provide us. We have no power to help you. You have to work this out directly with Ebay.

@askebay is a joke!! I have been dealing with them for 6 months & the final answer is always the same. We can't help you because the decisions were made by other Dept's & we can't override them. Even when showing verifiable proof, ebay will never overturn their decisions claiming their Policies won't allow it.
Here is my activity with them in a nutshell!!!
Ebay gave me defects for 15 Sports Cards that I refunded Buyers & listing the reason as Out of Stock. This was the closest option available for reason. The facts were I thought I was doing the right thing because ebay claimed the Card I had listed violated policy and I was suspended because of it. It is going on almost 6 months now with my seller rating still below standard. All because I thought I was being honest with canceling the orders I had because of it being considered a violation by ebay. It has caused me to lose all promotion features as well as way higher ebay fees rates which are ridiculous now.
Now again I have been given another 10 day suspension for a Card I had listed which they claim violates policy even though this very Card, I purchased it from another Seller last than a Month ago.
So I am in the process of creating other Selling accounts with other Platforms because ebay is a Joke, because every Card they claim violates Policy is still being sold by other Sellers, even when I Reported theirs, ebay claims theirs don't violate Policy. Ebay has gone as far as to threaten me with suspensions if I continue Reporting other Sellers Cards, which are exactly like mine that I rec' suspensions for.
Also, Appeals do nothing, as they claim that maybe the Listing Title or description is why mine are flagged, when the Facts are I have listed mine word for word with other current listings & it still doesn't matter. I guess eaby is run by a bunch of Morons or I am just being unjustifiably targeted. I am so over with ebay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will give my 25k worth of yearly Sales to another platform.
