My customers are telling me the REQUEST TOTAL function in their shopping carts are not working. We have buyers that will frequently buy 20 or more postcards at one time, and they do not want to invest a large sum in shipping costs, even though I refund the excess. When I called on 2/19 I was told there was a ticket open, but the tech issues board does not show one.

If your customers are using cellphones, there isnt a " request total from seller" option available. Its been my pet peeve for a long time that it hasn't been addressed.
