Am finding eBay hard going right now. 100% rating but finding it very hard not to get passive aggressive with customers. Am very very fair with prices offers . Seems buyers want something for nothing and will create any lie with a return if doesn’t fit etc to avoid shipping. Defects etc that don’t show on pictures. Getting rather over eBay.
accidentally refunded before receiving $60 item . Have never received it back and despite twice putting in a complaint with eBay have received zero feedback or communication.
Anyone else frustrated?
Received notice of a return today Eileen Fisher pants as didn’t fit which is fine. But had put in free EF top as goodwill.
