How to get rid of a sponsored ebay sellers ad at top of search page

On the top of my ebay search page, there is a sellers add with a name and total number of items and it says visit the sellers store, and below the ad, it says sponsored. Not sure where this came from, but I have to keep scrolling to see my ebay messa...

I am a seller. I do not use tracking. If buyer does not leave feedback, when do I get paid?

I sell postage stamps to collectors and use postage stamps to mail most sales. For 73 cents, there is no tracking. EBay now HOLDS the buyers payment until they leave feedback. If they do not leave FB, how long are my funds held? Forever??
