Why is Ebay opening up in the Portuguese language all of a sudden

Ebay opened fine until two weeks ago. Now I need to click on convert to English every time I come here. I've deleted cookies, checked my Google settings, and nothing is amiss. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi. Im selling an item (264306279705), and I really want the buyer to be able to remain anonymous - but for some reason, that option wont appear while it will for my other items! Does anyone know how to fix this?
