I can't find anywhere this has been addressed.

I know the new starter store does NOT get the reduced store FVF OR the free shipping supplies, BUT are they still getting the free BIN on auctions and free scheduling that non stores get?

I don't see that information anywhere on eBay or in the Seller Update discussions. You'll probably have to tag the community team to find out.

I would think I should be able to find information about a new store level, which is available in a few days, but I can't. I know the price, but have the other details not been worked out yet?

I don't want to allow my store to auto renew, but don't like to switch to another level without knowing what I'm getting.

I also assume there's an ETF if you take the starter store on a yearly subscription, so would be nice to be able to see that fees table as well.

Well, it looks like, considering it's been 3 days or so, that the answer is a definite 'maybe'.

But, look on the bright side, at least it wasn't a 'soon'.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

eBay announced earlier that during the month of May you can downgrade your subscription if you like without being subject to any of the usual penalties/termination fees.
