Just let the auction continue, there is nothing you can do about a bid that was retracted.
If it looks like this is something they do a lot you can block them. Go to the FB for the buyer and look at the far right hand side and you will see Bid Retractions Last 12 months.

Potential buyers can cancel their bids if they choose. There's nothing you really can do other than let the auction run it's course. Your listings are a bit confusing. Your ID states you're located in Lebanon and your items are in Egypt?..that may be why they cancelled their bid.

That's an automatic block in my world. But then, that's up to you.
Do nothing, block them, be angry, don't care. Any choice will work.
Great Moms turn them off first.

Then you should change your location to Egypt if your items are located in Egypt, your listings are confusing.
