You may be expecting too much from promoted listings. Some say they pay no attention to them.

I didn't dig deep but at a glance it looks like you are dropshipping the same things hundreds or thousands of other sellers are offering.
For example "LED Bluetooth Speaker Jewel Portable Wireless Bluetooth", a simple search shows a number of other listings and most of them are $2 - $5 cheaper than yours.
If you want to sell the same things that plenty of other sellers offer you won't get very far unless you are the lowest price.
If you are going to dropship so that you don't invest anything or take any risk you simply won't make any money.
No risk.....No reward!

I'm presuming you are drop shipping......
......have you shopped your listings? I looked up 2: the USB ARc lighter and the USB Ultrasonic diffuser. No real identifiers so it's a general return of those kinds of things....and mostly the prices are well below yours.....
In general we used to say if people aren't clicking into the item, it's because of the title/picture/price, one or all......... Now since they show shipping, you'd have add that......yours is free so no problem there......

Sell what you know and know what you sell!
Pick items to sell that are not currently being offered by a bunch of other sellers.
Price competitively, you don't have to be the absolute lowest if your presentation is better than others.
Looking at what you are currently offering and I think that this would be like someone who opened a store next to Walmart, randomly offered the exact same products for higher than Walmart prices and expected to be able to compete.
Find an under served niche that you have expertise in that others do not.
Have you ever tried to buy a product and been unable to find it anywhere? You would probably not be the only one looking for such things, there is potential there.
Ever look at products and think that's nice but it could be so much better if ....., again you are probably not alone, create (or find someone who already has) that product.
There are millions of sellers on eBay and millions more on other sites and even more that sell via their own sites or physical stores, if you can't stand out from the others you are likely doomed.
There was a time when an aspiring merchant could copy another successful merchant and do well within their geographical area the other merchant didn't serve. These days geographical area means the entire country or even the entire world.

how i should go about selecting products??
There's no quick and easy way........ Each has to be researched on ebay to see how many are listed, whether you can compete on price etc. You should also check the sold listings to see the volume of the item sold. If there are 50 listed and only 4 sell a month..........obviously not worth trying to list...unless you can beat all the prices and still make money........
