I will be receiving a 1099–K From Ebay for the first time. I’ve been keeping track of my COG, sales, shipping, expenses, etc. in a spreadsheet for the year.
Does anybody know which TurboTax version I should be using? Deluxe, Premier, or home in business. I read that premier offers a schedule C but does not have an option for expenses. My sales are not really a business because it’s just items that I’ve owned over the years and am selling to get rid of, but not really for a profit. For the most part, I technically lose money or break even on the sales. But at least it’s something versus donating because I don’t have enough deductibles for donations to make an impact. But I’ve been keeping track of mileage to the post office, office supply expenses, such as packing tape, paper, ink. Thank you very much.

You can find out on the TurboTax website. If you want to do your taxes online, you need the Premium version. But you can start out with the free version, and upgrade as you go.
If you want to do your taxes at home on your own computer, then you need the Home & Business version.

This is just the bottom part of the comparison table, where you can see what you get extra with Home & Business:

I believe you need to "Home & Business' if you purchase it at Costco or another store.

I believe others have answered your question, but I just had a remark about what you posted. "I read that premier offers a schedule C but does not have an option for expenses." The schedule C is all about your expenses, so I'm unsure of your statement.

Didn’t know that schedule c is specifically for expenses. This is my first time needing to do this. That’s what I read somewhere.

I have always done my own, and others, taxes and have always used the H&R Block Premium & Business software.

Schedule C is the form where you report and figure your profit and loss from a business ... so it includes both your business income and expenses, but it is only used when you are filing as a sole proprietor, where the net profit (or loss) is reported as income (or loss) on your personal tax return, form 1040.
If you had a more complicated business structure, you would have to file a separate tax form just for the business, but since you're just getting started, you obviously don't need (or qualify) to do that. Most eBay sellers never do.

Then be very careful with assumptions as that is likely the single worse thing you could do to yourself. You've started off with a very good decision, getting TurboTax. We use it or a software similar every year. It is easy and very good.
This is your first time claiming your Ebay income on your taxes???? Why? With or without a 1099K, we are suppose to report ALL income to the IRS on our Federal Tax forms.
Myth: If taxpayers didn't receive a Form 1099-K, they don't have to report income.
Fact: According to federal law, all income is taxable unless it is specifically excluded by tax law. Taxpayers should report any profits from selling goods or services, regardless of if they receive a Form 1099-K.
