Over in my selling account I have several Buyitnow listings for a group of similar but not identical items. I have duplicates of some of them but not others - so lets say I have 1 of item A and maybe 3 of item B and 2 of item C and that kind of thing. They are all the same price w/Free shipping & Immediate purchase required.
I can see how in any one listing I can set up a discount for multiple purchases of that thing - such as 10% off if you buy 2 or 20% off if you buy 3 & ect. But beyond that I have a couple of questions -
1 - Does the percent off apply to all the items equally? I mean if the buyer buys 3 then are all the items 20% off or is the 1st one full price and the second one 10% off?
2 - Can the buyer get a discount on the second one or more if he buys his group of items from different listings? If he buys 1 of item A and 1 of item B does he get the discount? If that doesnt happen automatically is there a way to tie together certain listings so that he can? Does my IPR setting complicate this?
