Have not received order I placed on June 1st.   So in contacting seller twice … I get a eBay message stating that there is someone else using an IOS 15  Safari device on my account… this is second time - first time yesterday - I changed password yesterday but again today , I’m just wondering if that’s their PC they are using to contact me - or is this scam !  Thank you so much for help and response !!

@hrose-203  turn your bluetooth off so other devices can't link to your devices.

if u don't receive your purchased item,
 
starting the next day after the last estimated shipping date on the order, open an item not rec'd case.
 
go to your purchase history, click on the item, click on the 'more actions' drop down menu, choose 'I didn't receive it'

Have you checked the tracking to see its statis? Does it show shipped, in transit or delivered?
