Another bug in a seemingly endless amount of issues. After the latest shipping cost increases were released, I decided this time to go in and raise my set costs that buyers just a little, which majority of my listings utilize this policy of set parameters that we defined. And I noticed that not all listings under that policy are not charging the new rate that I published when someone purchases. Some listings did properly update, however I'm finding more & more that did not and so then I went exploring into a few of the listings. I found that even though these listings are for sure using the policy I recently changed, and found that if I manually went in and de-selected or in other words selected a different policy but then went straight back to my main policy, the one the listing had in place already, is when the new rate I changed days ago finally populated and I was able to save and see that anyone future purchases would seemingly be charged my new rate.
Understandably that eBay is an amazingly large platform and so flawless updates may not be the case with each one, but I am baffled as to how the e-commerce king doesn't have a better roll out, let alone trials where they themselves test everything within reason, before pushing updates. I think every seller including those that seemingly denied the existence of any issues, have now quieted down a little realizing themselves, because things ARE SERIOUSLY MESSED UP. AND I PERSONALLY CAN'T BELIEVE THAT eBay HASN'T PUT THE BRAKES ON ANY NEW UPDATES AND REWOUND EVERYTHING ***EVERYTHING*** BACK TO AT LEAST 2017, AND THEN IF THEY MUST UPDATE SYSTEMS, INVOLVE THEIR EXISTING USER BASE FOR IDEAS.
