Props deserved

I have notice the implementation of what ebay is calling automated feedback...I was wondering why feedback numbers were piling up faster than normal and stumbled across the reason...This has to be one of the best things in awhile...the only catch I noticed was the statement "Transaction Completed & Delivered on time"  it is the delivered on time where I have an issue, as ebay, nor the seller has any control as to whether it was delivered on time or not or even an accurate delivery time quote to buyers...that feedback("Delivered on time") belongs to the carriers at how well they do THEIR job and should not reflect on the seller or if the automated feedback is applied or not because of it...other than that GOOD JOB!

There is a thought how about creating a carrier feedback system to judge how well a carrier does their part of the job, and let the heat be directed to where it belongs...a Carrier feedback system performance would help a seller at making the best choice in how his parcel is handled once in the carriers hands, and should be reported to that carrier monthly...maybe they will notice and realize bad performance will only push sellers to their competitors...

Re: Props deserved

Well I gave my point of view about it----->

I don't like to leave neutral or negative feedback unless the seller is uncooperative or rude about making things right with a purchase gone bad. They pretty much have to ask for it with attitude.

Now I'll feel obligated to at least leave a neutral as I don't like the idea of a seller getting a positive that I feel is undeserved. Sometimes silence is golden....................

 Interesting take.
