i am currently utilizing promoted listings. it shows that my current promotion (buy 3 get $10 off) is active. however, nowhere in any of my listings can i see the banner that would inform potential buyers of such promotion.... i wonder if it is just me, or can others also not see that i currently run a promotion?

Does it apply to your entire store?
I looked at a few & didn't see the banner below description but if it is only on ceratin items you have way to many to look at one by one , so haven't seen the banner in the new area on the one's I looked at

But According to the Tech board post someone got an answer from ebay on Twitter that banner moved to the bottom of item description is here to stay .

Our buy 2 get 1 free offer has been showing on our listings but NOT AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS for a little while now. Not sure when it started. But we have had a few buyers buy more than 3 items in our offer and never get the discount. It's not fair , it's not good , and it's not healthy for anyone.

that is correct. i currently do not run this kind of promotion anymore, while i did run it it seemed like there was no banner. it took me forever to figure out that the banner has moved to the bottom of the listing. hence making it useless. if i can barely find it, and i am looking for it, i would think it is save to say that buyers will not see it at all. so there is no point in utilizing this promotion;-(

Yes, it is now useless.

It's not a glitch. Ebay in their infinite wisdom has decided to move the promo announcement under the description area. Kinda like a store handing out sale circulars after you're exiting the building.

First - they do NOT show you are having a sale or promotion in the window (the search results page) and NOW they take away all the signs of one inside the actual store (your listing).

My expereince does not show the new placement is a problem.

I had 22 transactions to pack this morning.
Of those 22 transactions 9 of them had a promotion on the listing
and 4 of those 9 got the promotion pricing

which means they had to buy a certain number of items to get the pricing. Not only did the promotion work as designed but the add to cart shopping cart function still works correctly.
