I've had this happen on and off too. I called and LUCKILY got a hold of a great CS 🙂 He read to me verbatim what they are supposed to tell us/the rules for these things are. Even he said it made no sense. It said that if you had more than one promotion running it will randomize how it shows them. I asked then WHY do you ask us to prioritize them, number them. He had no answer, agreed. He even put me on hold a couple of times when I questioned eBays coding system at times I questioned their tech's replies as to why they were not showing.... too much info at once (I had a sale going on too, won't work with a strikethrough, whatever excuse they could come up with, etc). I had them hands down for each point, CS agent agreed, tech even ending up agreeing and magically within an hour or so all my promotions started showing up.
Then that one ran out, new one started, and ya....back to where I was before, it's not showing again.
So do I need to call each and every single time to say hey your software isn't working again? Seems so. That's pretty rdidiculous but seems my only choice - and I can't even know how long how long it will 'hold.'
This problem DOES truly change where my listings show up in the ranking.
