Promotional banner seems to have returned to top! Yay!

So, I was browsing some of my listings and just noticed that my promotional banner on the listing page has now returned to being displayed on top of my listing photo, undoing the recent change moving it to the bottom.

I have not searched any other sellers to confirm if this is site-wide, but I sure hope it is and eBay leaves it as is.

I'm seeing it on my listings, too. The optimist in me sees this as a welcome change. The pessimist in me knows that the promotions banner is irrelevant to the "product pages" ebay intends to go to.

As previously defended, it was moved to the bottom due to "research".

Has outrage trumped research?...OH MY!

It seems Watchers 5 or more returned to the listing page, too, but I'd like to see all amounts of Watchers, 1 or more.

If they do acknowledge it, they'll claim they were conducting a "broader 30 day test".
