A question I hope to be answered since calling got no results. I've been doing the promoted listings on my products for quite some time now and at trending rates (percent you pay eBay if it sells). Sales have hit bottom in the last week and I do realize it's the holiday season but still this time last year sales were not this bad. So I did an investigation into my advertisements and lo and behold NONE of them are showing promoted which they have always in the past shown. Now if we are paying a percentage to eBay when the item sells why wouldn't these be showing? A phone call to eBay did nothing, just many excuses as to why sales are down. Also was told that if you offer free shipping on your items you get presidents over those who don't or if you are a power seller (which we are) you also get first page listings. All my listing shown should say Promoted and or Sponsered. They do not. What's up and is anyone having the same issues. Thank you
