Hi
My seller level is "Above Standard" and I am told by ebay customer service that I am eligible for promoted listing.
Unfortunately, I have checked all the methods but couldn't find the option of promoted listing anywhere in my store. Drop down menu doesn't show "Promote listing" option in My Ebay Active.
Am I still not eligible for promoted listing or there is some other issue?

You don't have any "Recent Sales Activity", a requirement to use Promoted Listings.

@ventura-store Here is a link to Promoted Listings that can be found in Seller Hub on the Selling Tools tile.

Additionally, here is a link to eBay's Help Pages on Promoted Listings
I find it to be a great tool. I run one Promoted Listing Campaign per quarter and put every one of my Fixed price listings on it. I set the end date for a 30 day period and use one set Promotion Ad rate percentage. I find it helps to drive traffic, increase sales during the promotion period and move some long tail items I've had around for a while.

If you are eligible for promoted listings, when you go to list something that option should be towards the bottom of the listing page.
Good luck and stay safe!
