Promoted Listing Ad Issue

Recently, whenever we add a new item or Sell Similar one, we set the Promoted Listing Ad Percentage while working on the listing and save.  Unfortunately, we've noticed that eBay is notifying us via the eBay App that we did not promote the listing and to promote it if we wish. 

When we go in to fix this, the promoted ad rate is what we chose and is available, yet the app states otherwise.  If we just hit "revise" without making any changes, it fixes it.  

Anyone else experiencing this?

There seems to be few bugs in promoted listings, I just done a few of my listings all in one category, when I click promote it tells me 35% of items in category are promoted and the rate is 11.9% two minutes later in the same category it says 65% of items in category are promoted and the rate is 14%.

Some of my listings are promoted but dont show as being promoted when I view my ebay.

Not sure about the app display & if there's a problem, but even if you HAD canceled the promotion, they apply for 30 days from when someone clicked, so even if it was ended, you'd pay the fee within that 30 days.  Not sure if that's what you're seeing or if it's just an anomaly in the App display.

The new attribution model and other changes go into effect tomorrow - so I wouldn't be surprised if things are a little glitchy today as they prepare to flip that switch.

@valueaddedresource  Yep, earlier today ebay was telling me on the ad campaign page that I had no active ad campaigns---despite the fact that my campaign was showing as active. So, glitchiness is likely to prevail.

One wonders if they'll post a reminder announcement tomorrow, or just hope everyone has forgotten about it LOL
