Projected INR Service Metrics link missing on Seller Hub Service Metrics page?

Is the "Projected Service Metrics" link missing for anyone else on the Performance/Service Metrics page?

I suddenly got very excited that ebay is going to address the Service Metrics problem we've been having with the very high INR projected rates and USPS delays.

That's my hope, anyway. I don't want to be cynical about it. I want to remain hopeful.

Nevermind...

They changed the format. The projected rate is still there, but now in a dropdown box.

Yeah I thought the same thing.

Feels kind of discouraging. Rather than addressing the problems we're facing, or making the service metrics more fair for sellers, they're spending time playing with the interface? 

At least we have new shiny ways to look at the potential unfair penalties for problems that were no fault of our own but eBay isn't applying protection for delays as they had stated in the announcement...

There have been 2 seemingly pointless visual changes in the last week or so.  Can't get CS fully up to speed, but I guess they have time to make visual changes to the site?
