I used to get a lot of views on all of my listings and would usually sell items quickly. I am not getting as many views as before and there are some items that I'm not getting any views at all. Is there something different that I need to do?

ebay only counts real buyer views now and reset them every 30 days, bot views are no longer counted.

Basically, eBay has rigged it so you need to promote your listings at, at least 10%-12% in order to get the traffic your used to. So without announcing a fee increase, ebay has essentially raised the fee to 25% if you want traffic and sales.

I call "garbage" on that theory. I don't promote, my sales and views (sales much more important) are consistent over many many years with the exception of the Covid bump.

I get BIN sales no views and sell 100 auctions a week no problems what matters is sell thru I guess to many sellers are still hung up on the view counts. Whats the point of 800 views and no ones bought the item?

As @duncanvr previously posted, eBay changed the way they display views on listings in the spring of 2022, as announced in eBay's Spring 2022 Seller Update:
Here's the eBay help page explaining page views:
