Problems with sending offers today

Since able 630a, CST, offers can't be sent. They keep calling back with an error message. Anyone else with this issue or  any suggestions for a workaround?

No error on my end, I just tried one.  Have you tried the basic suggestion of clearing cache and cookies?

We are having the same issue on our Android phone but can send offers on our laptop today.
