My selections will not take. It keeps flipping to the default (1st in line) which is a puny 10 size and can hardly be seen. I usually use the 14. This started happening about 3 weeks ago, was intermitent at first and would pop out of selection like the long existing problems with duration changes not staying. Anyone else having this problem or know a fix? Thanks

Is it happening with new listings or relists? More and more people have been reporting the issue with relists. I think that often time the issue stems from copy/pasted content into the description field and when relisting all of that extra html inadvertently added gets wonky.
If you type a description right into the box (rather than copy/pasting) it should not happen.

My current listing inventory, and the font the system as picked for this message initially was very small and it did start about 3 weeks ago. I could return it to normal size by refreshing the page at first but not anymore????

I don't know what's going on. Mine will not acknowledge and changes I try to make.

I am having he same frustrating problem. Trying different browser's didn't help either. Seems like it started when eBay implemented removing links.

Fwiw,
The only "fix" I know is to create and / or modify all the description box text in a Word document with your chosen font (& size) and then cut & paste the text section to eBay. Otherwise in my experience there is no way to guarantee the text won't be a mess sometime down the road.

Alternatively, fix it in the HTML tab of the listing editor.
(I never use the standard tab and haven't for many years - all my listings are edited in the HTML tab directly. Holdover from years ago when the eBay editor created horrible HTML with multiple redundant tags )
And I like doing things the hard way 🙂
