I was pleased to get an offer for 100 extra free fixed price listings this morning, but unfortunately it does not seem to be working properly. I noticed that the start time seems unusual. These promotions typically start at 12 am, but this particular one starts at 5:13 AM PDT on May 11. I activated the offer and then submitted several fixed price items after that start time but they are being applied to what remains of my free 50 monthly listings, not to the 100 extra. Anyone else having problems with this promotion? I guess I should just be grateful for getting the offer - my other ID didn't get it.

The offer I got this morning requires 'Best Offer' in the listing. I tested with 1 without Best Offer and it went against my monthly 50. And it doesn't say anything about 'Best Offer' in the title; only in the terms & condition under the link

The 5:13 time is the time that you activated.
I do not know why you have the listings coming from your monthly allotment.

I had the same problem.

The Start Date and Time is 05/11/18 06:06:06 PDT and End Date is 05/17/18 23:59:59 PDT.
On my account.

Thank you - I had never noticed that the start time changed to your activation time.

You have to do Best Offer
"Invited sellers ("Sellers") who activate the offer and then create a listing in the fixed price format with the 'Accept Offers' setting selected,"
Glad it was pointed out!

Thank you - that worked for me. I didn't have best offer on the earlier attempts, but once I added it, the promotion worked properly. I should have read the terms and conditions more carefully - I just checked the categories.

Well that kills it for me I can't use Best Offer on sales that I only make $2.00 on. Come on eBay. Talk about strangling the sellers! I accepted, I wish I hadn't. Playing Tricks with your sellers is not nice. CONSISTANCY IS THE KEY TO GOOD BUSINESS!!!!!

Thanks.
Couldn't figure it out.
Hate best offers.
So We just got charged for all the listings I made this morning.
I was on a roll too.
Oh! The continued joy of selling on eBay.
I think there is another thread on this.
A seller had contacted CS with no help.

eBay is a business. They don't hand stuff out for no good reason.
They are using this as a caroot to get what they want. More best offer listings.

I came looking to see if anyone had problems where it looked like they were being charged. I also neglected to see the Best Offer requirement.

And it looks like they have to be 30 days, which I usually do except that we are leaving on vacation at the end of the month so I thought I'd do 10 days for a change.
