Hi. My listings state that I only ship to the US, and my shipping
preferences exclude all international locations. Someone won a bid on an
item and the buyer is from China. Buyer has not paid yet. How did this
happen and what do I do about it? TIA
Hi. I always add $.10 handling fee to my listings, but forgot to on one
listing. I am trying to revise the listing to add it, but cannot figure
