Problems Setting Coupon Amount

I like to use coupons , and will run a markdown sale, and then add a 5% coupon. I have never had an issue setting the percent I have wanted. Today I was going to do 5%. The default is always 20% and when I would enter 5% is would revert to 20%. If I wanted to make it 25% if would go up, but not down. 

I don’t think it is me…anyone else?

maybe the lowest you can go is 20%?

No, you can set that percentage where you want it…well until today. Have done it at 5 and 10% many time. Now it want to be at 20% period.

I don't have a solution, but this is happening to me as well.

I'm also not able to set a price range for the inventory that's eligible for the coupon. There's the option to select the price range, and I click apply, but it doesn't do anything. I even had someone test my store by adding items to their cart with a coupon code, and the entire inventory was available for the coupon instead of the price range I had selected.

So it seems to be an issue with coupons in general, hopefully they get it fixed. I'd like to send some too.
