This is strange, I check my selling ID every day.
Today, I see an expired offer from a week ago.
There is no way that I could have not seen this.
Heck I often check many times a day.
The offer was a fair price, I would have taken it.
Is there a new glitch in the message system ?
This is not the first time messages have been delayed.
But dang, this one cost me a sale.

Now Seriously, in addition to this little fluke, I have seen expired offers on
BIN's with no Best Offers and I've never received an email. Pretty darn weird.

I might miss a day here and there, I have a 2 day handle time.
But no way would I go for a week and not check offers.
And the notification bell seems broke again, never went to red.
This is starting to be more trouble than it is worth.

I'm on every single day whether on my phone or on my computer. I check everything at least once, but the last thing I'd check is to see if an offer came in when I don't have best offers.

I seem to remember reading post about ebay putting BO on listings on their own.
Not sure if it was a Beta test, I think it was back in the spring.

this happened to us quite a while ago.....we found that it somehow ended up going to spam messages. we moved it from spam to inbox (even though the offer had expired)...everything has been a-ok since. dont know if its because we moved it or not.....good luck!!

We've reported this glitch for several months now. It's not one that can really be reproduced - which is the reason, presumably, that the coders haven't fixed it yet.
Notifications may or may not come through about offers. Sometimes I'll catch the sidebar pop-up - I can process an offer (which for us means looking the item up in our database, going to whichever of the 6 buildings it may be in, make sure it's on the shelf), return to the desk, and accept or decline before the notification actually makes it through to messages on our end. Occassionally the offer never shows up.
