I am at a loss at what to do. I have a customer which also happens to be one of those large companies buying thousands of items a month. This one in particular exports to South America. He has purchased from me 10 different times with most starting in November of last year.
First order with issue
November 17th item bought
November 25th Item delivered
December 30th, opens return stating item not as described but uses comment to say arrived too late.
I have 3 day handling and I shipped within 24 hours. It arrived within window. I was allowed to close dispute due to return window being exceeded. Still received a defect
Next order
He purchases 4 items on November 6th 2024.
Items delivered November 12th 2024
January 2nd 2025 he opens 3 item not received disputes which all close due to complete tracking
Next order
Purchases 3 items on November 29th 2024
Items delivered December 17th 2024
Opens return "changed Mind" for 1 item on January 14th
I receive it back in a used amazon envelope. Retail box smashed. Refunded anyways to get rid of him
January 2nd 2025 he places his last order before I block him

items shipped and then delivered on January 9th.
He opens disputes for all three stating they did not arrive when tracking shows they have.
He upgrades all three to claims and loses them all.
Now today March 4th 2025 he opened a return for one of the very items he said he didn't get through his failed claim. Stating it didn't match the photos or pictures, but then in the comments says "Item arrived to late, please help me with the address. I will pay the shipping."
My issue here is all the defects I keep getting from this seller. Not to mention he has superseded my block by buying with another account twice. I am just waiting for those disputes next.
Between the two accounts he's used to buy from me, he has over 4,000 feedback just from buying in this month alone. I feel sorry for all those other ebay sellers that have to deal with this company. Can you imagine the people using this freight forwarder? Must be a nightmare as one of their customers.
Sorry for the long post. I just had a lot of details dealing with this person. Anyone else run into a persistent issue like this?

Is this different buyers or just one ebay ID? Personally, I would have block someone who gave me so many issues way before now.

Sounds like you are your worst enemy for allowing this to go on for so long. Block Him!

Wow, what a nightmare! Glad you blocked him, block that second id as soon as you can. I've never been through what you're going through, but I think you can report him. I would call customer service too and see if they can help. Hopefully someone more experienced than I will offer some guidance. Good luck.
