Printing label

I bought a shipping label on eBay and when I tried to print it my computer didn’t respond.  Now I don’t have the option to reprint

Option to reprint a USPS label should be available for 24 hours.

If not available you can "request to void" for up to 120 hours, and elect to purchase another label.

This happened to me last week. I was able to find the file in my "downloads" folder and I was able to print it from there.

I thought it was 12 hours to reprint.

Generally I print my labels around 9pm the night before, and get up at 7am to pack orders (getting them all packed before work). I timed it this way because I thought it was just 12 hours to reprint.

Sometimes, if you hit the print button too many times, the system thinks that you printed multiple labels and it won't let you print again.   If that is the case, you need to void it and then print a new label.

Have you tried reprinting using a tablet or a phone?   That will work for me sometimes when the computer does not want to work.

Just go to your Shipping Labels screen in SH & you can print it from there.
