There is an Amazon boycott?

What? When did that happen? I sell there too.
Speaking for myself, with or without a boycott, I do not price match for anyone, EVER.
I typically have to sell stuff for more on Amazon as the fees are higher.

There was a thing going around a week ago or so about having everyone not buy at Amazon for a day.
I had to laugh at that. That just means the day before and the day after they will sell more than they would have if no one had bothered to not buy for a day. In essence, its not like its going to do anything to Amazon. Now if you were to buy the item you would have bought that day from someplace else, that would be something, but we all know that probably won't happen.
I mean... Not sure how much impact this tactic could possibly have.. lol

Amazon boycott? sounds like more people whining on Reddit again over things they want again.

I must be woefully out of touch because I heard nothing about such a boycott.
Not that I would participate... I love having stuff delivered to my front door on time and as promised.
I did have a funny experience the other day... I ordered a bottle of after shave from Amazon.
It was delivered in a box with Hazmat stickers on it.
Was that a subtle comment by Amazon's artificial intelligence packaging bot?

No i do not see any viable reason to price match.

Another crazy boycott from the looney left. Just to get attention. No serious minded person pays attention.

Amazon pricing has zero to do with eBay or any boycott.
If someone refuses to buy on Amazon, I would think we could raise the price.

Thank you,
What boycott?
No, I don't price match. And why should I?
Notice how your question leads to more questions?

Thank you,
1) What Amazon boycott?
2) Do I price match what items?
3) Do I price match against whose price?

That was for February 28th. The original thing was to not buy from big retailers, it was not intended to include small business originally. As is so true as that got around on the internet and social media, it morphed into not purchasing from anyone. It ended up being nothing for retailers to worry about. In fact Amazon sales were up a little from what I've read.
I agree with you. These kinds of boycotts typically don't work as they are too broad.

I always price match during a Amazon boycott.

What? What does this have to do with the "left" specifically. Please provide your source that told you this was driven by the "left"? Or are you just assuming since you don't agree with the idea that it must be from the "left"? That would be pretty myopic.

To me, this group seems to be more of a group of independent thinkers. Not that I agree with their tactics, but I support their right to have them.

eBay does not ever. You as a seller can choose to.
