If i were to buy some of those "overpriced" N95 masks to re-sell, and marked them up using the SAME calculations i use to mark up any of my other items, no more no less, would that be considered price gouging?

In ebays eyes yes it is.
when this first started I bought some n95’s at Lowe’s. It was 3.98 for a pack of two. I decided I’d buy a couple extra and stick on ebay for 8.00 each my auctions were swiftly ended... I was in Lowe’s last week and they had some on the shelf... new price 12.85 for two... but that’s not price gouging.... it’s called free market pricing if your Lowe’s. So it really just comes down to some people reporting people to feel better about their contribution to the world. Now nurses stnas and others who could have bought them on here are unable to do so, and Lowe’s will take the rest to the bank.... anyways yep they see it as price gouging... I see it as let the market set the value... of course I’m from Ohio where we have free markets, so I may be biased...
