So confused. Yesterday I posted a listing on eBay for the first time in awhile (134947299039). I received an email stating the posting is active, over 24 hours have elapsed, and wondering why I have 0 views, tried searching for the item and it doesn't return anything. It does however show active on my own profile. Can someone help me understand what I am missing?

I don't find it either. I would suggest you contact Ebay and find out what happened to it as none of us here can know what happened to it, sorry.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Sometimes new listings can take longer then 24 hours to show up-.

Thank you for the information! Prior to going service route, I am going to try to end and relist with a longer time frame to compensate for the day or two (potential) insertion delay for testing. If same issue I will contact CS. I was mostly looking for a sanity check verification on posting not existing as of yet.

Here's the listing:

It looks OK to me, but you never know what the bots will object to, and sometimes when they object to a term, they will just refuse to index a listing. Sometimes this is due to a typo (such as leaving out the f in "shift") but other times they misunderstand a technical word like pot.
Also, selling "as is" doesn't really happen on eBay; your buyer can file a claim for "Item not received," and usually get supported by eBay, regardless of any disclaimers that a seller puts in the listing.
