Postage

Hi I just recently sold something I clicked on purchase postage which I then selected one packaged the item went to the point no Evri machines are working.. so I went and posted first class Royal Mail.. my question is I can’t update my eBay account it already has a tracking number etc on there but I never used it because couldn’t print.. I’ve emailed the buyer and told them .. because it won’t automatically say delivered will I get my money? Or can the buyer click he’s end delivered?
