I've been selling on eBay for many years. I purchased a few items today and I received an automatic email from ebay but it looked customized by that one seller. In the email, it had other listings by that seller.

How is this done? I want to have an email autmaticaly sent to my buyers.

Ebay stores can send customized newsletters that show their sales, discounts, etc, is that what you're referring to?

You can customize those messages that eBay sends....or some of them, anyway.

My eBay>>Account>Manage Communications with Buyers.

It shows you all of the auto stuff that eBay sends ... some you can turn on and off and some ... like the post-checkout email ... can be somewhat customized.
