One of my buyers demanded a refund because her package didn't arrive in time so I had to refund her. The post office has delays again. Well she gets the package and I asked her to please send me my money. She tells me no, sorry I never got it. The tracking shows she got it on April 20th, I asked her if she was sure. She got rude, I thanked her and blocked her. Here's the tracking number 9449008205496444437354.

Curious as to whether you are checking the shipping status through the link information or directly through USPS. The link in eBay to the USPS tracking information is often broken and will show the package has never moved from the original drop point but if you check it directly through USPS Tracking you will get a different status report.

Unfortunately this was a media mail package. General USPS delivery time for media mail inside the U.S. is 2-8 days. Following your package it took a long route to go the 90 miles from your shipping location to the buyers. Unfortunately media mail is one of those postage classes that are no insured and you cannot even open a missing mail report with USPS let alone file a claim.

Good luck trying to get the insurance money. It's a total nightmare to go thru and the Post Office made it that way on purpose. I try to avoid anything valuable to be shipped thru USPS

Wouldn't the OP be able to ask ebay for the payment, since it was delivered after the OP refunded for INR? IF the tracking # was uploaded in the correct timeframe, anyway.
