Hey Everyone I wanted to post this as a CSR went above and beyond for me today. Her name is Jenny. THANK YOU Jenny.
For Months, I've had 2 disputes opened from a buyer where my payments were locked on hold and not sent to me ($500 worth of items). The items that were purchased were sent to the Ebay Authentication Service in Florida. The buyer also living in Florida, immediately opened a ebay dispute and a credit card dispute because the tracking number showed they went to a different Florida location (The Ebay Authentication address). Once I let the buyer know that it was going to ebay first, then he would have the items after they are validated as 'authentic'. In about a week all the items arrived and he left me positive feedback for all the items purchased. Unfortunately for me, Ebay had the dispute on hold with the credit card for over 2 months waiting for an outcome. I recieved a notification that Ebay "The dispute was found in the buyer's favor. As a result, you owe money to eBay. We will recover this amount from your account."
I called ebay and Jenny may have been the nicest and most helpful person I have worked with in 20+ years selling on ebay. She was patient got all the information, and was soooo helpful ! Please have your ebay CSR's use the same skills and helpfulness for all of your representatives. She mad my day so much better. Thank you JENNY !

Glad it worked out for you, that's a first. In regards to your closing statements, no one from ebay, especially CSR people, monitor these forums. It's just us buyers and sellers on here.

Thank you for coming here with a positive story / experience on this site. We don't get very many threads from members telling us the good things that happened to them in regards to Ebay. But to be fair, it is the normal course for Communities such as this one.
It is refreshing to hear you story. Again, thank you for sharing.
If you ever have an issue that Ebay isn't willing to fix for you or just something you need clarity on. I hope you will return and let us try to help you.

It is NOT a "first". That is really myopic. Complaints and venting is normally the vast majority of posts on ANY Community site like this. Which makes the OP's post really refreshing. Those with good stories don't typically tell us that on the threads. While the thread is a bit of a unicorn, the sentiment from the OP is not.

How did you call Ebay, since they don't have a number to call?

So great you had a positive experience with CS. So many people post the opposite here on this forum. Let's hope it continues for others.
Happy Selling

Only if you feel the need. Certainly not a requirement. Lots of people make the same mistake assuming that no one could possibly have a positive experience. It is important to remember that on the threads we are only a FRACTION of the total active sellers on this site. There is so much we don't hear about. Both good and bad.

Pardon me mam, I momentarily forgot that you are the ebay school marm.

I am of the opinion it is a good thing for members like the OP to come here and share their positive experiences. There is no need to try and deter this. There are plenty of negative posts on the threads. It is nice to read something good from time to time. It likely helps to keep some of us more even.

Good for you and thanks for the positive post!

So after you navigate to the "Contact Us" section of Ebay, you may need to navigate through the help articles, but at the bottom of thet page you can still contact Ebay directly under "Need more Help". Open up a Chat session for faster service, but you can also request a phone call via the chat.
