I have noticed a lot of Political Merchandise being offered, & I don't think this is a place for that, Given the current Political environment, for either Party, it doesn't matter, should not be offered, & eBay should be more Sensitive to that at this Time.

Completely disagree with your thoughts on that.... Next you will be suggesting only Parler can open a platform for selling merch online....

Science fiction? Have you actually read the "HELLBLAZER" series? It is EXTREMELY anti-Reagan, anti-British monarchy, anti-Thatcher, etc.
And elements of real-world politics permeate throughout the other examples that I provided, although they are (yes) grounded in non-existent worlds. But the authors' intentions are quite relevant, and deserve more than simply a "science fiction" shrug. If the REAL politics within those metaphorical tales is simply set aside by the reader, than the author's subtexts have failed, and they have written simply mindless pap.
Many classic writers chose to cloak their politics in science fiction tales, in order to avoid censorship and censure. H. G. Wells, Jules Verne, Jack London, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Arthur C. Clarke, Rod Serling, Robert Heinlein, Isaac Asimov -- and many, many more. Do we simply tip our noses and sneer "Science fiction!"; or do we take the time to acknowledge the politics that so consumed them to set pen to paper?
And, if you study the history of comic books (particularly the pre-World War II period, plus the war years, plus the early 1950s), you may begin to understand why purchasing particular comic books was considered a political statement (and even a very patriotic gesture), since the comic books themselves were blatantly making political and patriotic statements.
So, no -- I reject your argument that certain "science fiction" comics should not be considered political. Check the authors' original intent -- and you'll likely find a political foundation for their creations.
But, then, I've only been reading comic books for 70 years. So what would I know?

I'm gonna agree with the majority of responses.
I didn't agree with the pulling down of some listings here, some time back, listings that were deemed offensive, like uncle ben; etc. Nor did I agree with pulling down TP listings; etc.. But, such that it is, it is eBay's decision. And, I think it was like a blanket policy with the sensitive items, the easiest way, meaning, mainly the cheapest way for eBay to address the issue; I think it's obvious that eBay is tighter than a banjo string, you know those CEOs gotta have those ungodly bonuses.
And, I understand the TP issue, like in, it's required by law, in which one might surmise that corporate America can practice capitalism, how ever they wish to, but Mom and Pop, nope: double standards.
I don't think it's political items that present a problem, but rather it's items that promote dangerous propaganda, lies; misinformation; etc.. So, in that thought it'd be very costly for eBay to censor items that might be deemed as dangerous propaganda and, as previously stated eBay's CEOs ain't gonna give-up that moola, and one might think when it comes to those bonuses, well, democracy takes a backseat. And even if they did address it in a censored way, who-the-heck is gonna keep Fox news from spreading dangerous lies and propaganda. So, with that said, I guess those CEOs of eBay, are thinking the heck with it. But do note, many, and not to understate that, MANY CEOs are taking a stance against the Cheif Liars and Propagandists.

I understand your feeling, as I sometimes have to grit my teeth at what I see, from both ends of the political spectrum, and then I quote to myself the wise words of Noam Chomsky:
“Goebbels was in favor of free speech for views he liked. So was Stalin. If you’re really in favor of free speech, then you’re in favor of freedom of speech for precisely the views you despise. Otherwise, you’re not in favor of free speech.”
