Pokemon Custom Cards-why does eBay restrict my account but allow others to sell same item?

I have seen thousands of Pokemon Custom cards for sale on eBay.  Usually they are the custom metal gold cards.  I also sell some of these but eBay has removed and restricted my account because they say it is "counterfeit".  I clearly label them as custom cards.  However why doesnt eBay restrict selling of all of these?  Why am I being singled out?  This is miscarriage of justice.

My guess is the others haven’t been caught yet. I’m sure it’s like whack-a-mole when it comes to counterfeit items on eBay. They whack some listings off and more pop up.

Also life isn’t always fair. Many people that get speeding tickets feel they have been singled out because so many others speed and don’t get caught. Just because one doesn’t get caught  doesn’t mean it is right.

You're not listening to the good advice you've been given so far. End the other listings before eBay permanently ends your account forever. You'll be gone, with no way to appeal. Forget what other sellers are selling and worry about yourself. You're on eBay's radar now.

That is where my frustration lies.  I am not new to selling on eBay but new to selling custom cards.  I literally saw thousands upon thousands of these being sold on eBay which is why I made the investment to obtain and list them.  Now, my items are being restricted while others are not.  I think the same rule should apply to everyone.  That's all.  Think about how many reprint Jordan/Shaq/Kobe rookies there are out there; thousands upon thousands on eBay.  Why can these be sold?

Please explain the difference between "custom" cards and "reprints".

Hi, thanks for your response.  The card condition listed vs brand new in description is because the card condition won't allow me to click "new."  Do you ever have that issue?

The items are fabricated in China and are metallic as opposed to plastic.  The design is also slightly altered with metallic design.

Thanks for your help.

Then do not use the word POKEMON. this is what makes custom counterfeit.

Not hard to figure out.....copyright issued folks....
